One model, ten sizes and colours. Each with its own stock, its own barcode, its own sales history — a notebook cannot hold that.

Size and colour counted separately

Variants sit under one product card: 38/black, 40/white. Stock is per variant, so "how many of this size are left" has an exact answer.

Each variant carries its own barcode; scanning at the till rings up the right size instead of the cashier picking from a list.

Reports list the best and the worst sellers separately, so leftover sizes go into a discount while they still can.

A promotion applies to a category or to chosen products and is calculated at the till by itself.

Full or partial return against the receipt; stock comes back and the history records who did it.

A size that ran out in one shop comes from another — stock changes on both sides at once.

Do I have to create five sizes of one shirt as five products?

No. You create one product card and add size and colour variants to it. Stock is per variant, while reports come out both per variant and per model.

What if the item has no barcode?

The system generates one for each variant; you print the label and put it on the item. The label template ships with the app.

A customer wants to change size?

You do a partial return against the receipt: the old size goes back into stock, the new one sells. Who did it stays in the history.
